They treated me like family. They were very professional. They made my roof look very neat, you cant even tell the panels are on the roof. All the workers were very educated and experienced. They were there every step of the way . I talk to a lot of companies and i picked Solar Universe. It was the best decision i ever made. Solar Universe is the best Solar company out there. Its was a great experience and they continue to keep in touch with me to make sure i am very happy. I recommend Solar Universe to any body that is thinking about Solar. I give the 5 Stars. Thank you Solar Universe, you guys are the best.

Price is good

So far my experience has been very good. They are a young company with a great group of employees. They try their very best to create the best system for every customer. They are an honest group and very competitive in the solar industry. Their design staff has the knowledge from many years of experience . In this very competitive industry the real questions are these.1 Do they know what they are talking about? 2. Are they honest? The answer to both questions is a resounding YES. This says a great deal in todays business climate, and that is the bottom line.

Great system

Great system It has produced enough kWhs each day since January where I haven't had to pay for my electricity used each day. That's right I haven't paid one dime for my energy used. My bill is just the competition transition charge charges me for having solar its about $10 a month. So far I'm a very happy camper. Will see what happens when I start using my air conditioner in a few months.

Seems to be working as well as you claimed it would

For Jan thru March I was at negative 300 + kwh which means I will have no electrical usage fees for these three relatively dark months. Seems to be working as well as you claimed it would.

I highly recommend solar universe.

Their pricing was straight forward and at the low end of the spectrum. No BS, unlike a lot of the solar companies out there. The install was scheduled and finished quickly. Everyone seemed very competent and the install looks great. I highly recommend solar universe.

Everyone has been courteous

This company was referred to me by a roofing contractor when I asked about solar power. They indicated RePower was a solar installer that would include the roof installation as part on the solar installation. I accepted this as the most viable option and would do it again. Everyone has been courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.

Rowan and Erin H Everyone from RePower was fantastic! From the moment we met with Ed, who is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and passionate to the install team. We never felt pressured or like we were only a number. Getting our solar system was quick and painless and fun to watch unfold. The install team showed up promptly at 8:30a and they were done by 2:30p the same day. Everyone was very friendly and professional and they kept us in the loop. Evan came by a couple of days later to set up the electronic monitoring portion with us and make sure we were good to go with SDGE emails and the additional (easy steps) we need to monitor our power generated (they even have an app)! The inspection was completed within a couple of days of install and we received the green light from SDGE. We never would have imagined installing solar would be so easy and fun!

Solar Universe provided exceptional and professional service throughout the entire process. From the initial credit approval process (which was by far the easiest and non-invasive credit process for a larger transaction), to the contract signing, to the installation, Solar Universe exceeded all of our expectations. We were given several purchase and leasing options to choose from that were in layman's terms. We were able to see what our financial obligation would be in black and white, whether a purchase or a lease. They made it so easy. We have heard horror stories of solar companies in the past and were a bit intimidated entering this process. Solar Universe met and exceeded all our expectations. I've always been skeptical of renewable energy, but after a third raise in our electric bill in only 10 months my wife was able to convince me to be more open minded. We got 3 different quotes, and after dealing with a few "clowns" we luckily came across Solar Universe. They know the business inside & out and couldn't have been more professional, but most importantly they under promised and over delivered. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that has real integrity. From the beginning, the patience they exhibited in answering all our questions so thoroughly, to the quote and seamless install, to the SAVINGS on my last electric bill...Solar Universe came through for us BIG TIME! NOBODY does Solar as perfect as Solar Universe.

Using Solar Universe is a NO BRAINER! I had 3 previous quotes and they came in at about 15% cheaper without me saying what the lowest quote was. Ever see EMT line running across Solar roofs? You don't see any with Solar Universe. These guys do the cleanest work that can be done. I can Guarantee that! I wanted to sleep on my roof after they had finished because I was so excited with the purchase. I almost want to quit my job and work for this company. NOBODY does Solar as perfect as Solar Universe.

We just had solar installed last month by Solar Universe. Solar Universe has purchase and lease options available unlike other companies. They were very informative, got the job done quickly and very easy to work with. The installer Joaquin did a great job as well. Just got my first bill and reduced our ill by $700!!
